Khanh (Molly) is one of the Vietnamese senior associates of the Firm with nearly 13 years of business law experience in Vietnam. She also had professional experiences in tax and corporate governance consultancy. 

She has advised on a range of high-value real estate and industrial leasing transactions across Vietnam. This included drafting and negotiating a share purchase agreement for the sale of a 49% stake in a major real estate project in Thu Duc City, as well as supporting U.S. and Singaporean manufacturers with leasing contracts and subsidiary establishment in Hai Phong, Long An, and Dong Nai provinces.

Her work also covered legal due diligence, contract negotiations, and licensing for industrial land use and infrastructure development. She supported clients in sectors such as renewable energy and power, including advising on wind turbine supply contracts, Vietnam’s DPPA scheme, and regulatory matters for a BOT gas-to-power project.
