Archelle is INDOCHINA LEGAL’s resident foreign senior counsel with over 10 years of corporate and commercial law experience in Vietnam.

She handles multi-jurisdictional and cross-border transactions with expertise on corporate andcommercial, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, trading and distribution, real estate and hospitality, construction and property development, and special projects.

Prior to joining the firm in March 2010, she worked as a resident legal advisor for the Ho Chi Minh City branch of a Singapore-based international law firm and as an associate in one of the Philippines’ largest law firms.
