INDOCHINA LEGAL was founded in 2007, leveraging on its partners’ multicultural and extensive legal background in Vietnam and overseas.

Eric Le Dreau settled in Hanoi in 1993 as a French Foreign lawyer in time when the country started opening its economy to the rest of the world. Meanwhile Nguyen Quoc Tuan, the firm’s other founding partner, brings with him his more than 20 years of legal practice in Vietnam.
