Dispute resolution is fast becoming one of the more active practice areas of INDOCHINA LEGAL. Legal 500 notes that INDOCHINA LEGAL “has been earning instructions for arbitration before VIAC and SIAC, and also advises on potential litigation, in relation to contractor or shareholder disputes.”
Indeed, we have developed a comprehensive arbitration practice locally (VIAC) and internationally (SIAC, ICC, KLRCA, to mention a few). We have also represented a diverse array of locals and multinationals, entities and individuals in the litigation of commercial and labour disputes before the Vietnamese courts, such as the People’s Courts of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria- Vung Tau, Dong Nai and Binh Duong.
