Our History
Officially incorporated and licensed by the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam in April 2007, INDOCHINA LEGAL stands on its founding partners’ (Eric Le Dréauand Luc Métivier) extensive local and international consultancy experience. Eric has been a permanent resident of Vietnam for 17 years while Luc has resided in several South East Asian countries, including Vietnam, for more than 15 years. Soon after its incorporation, the firm welcomed in 2008, as partner, Nguyen Quoc Tuan,a long-standing and esteemed member of the Bar of Hanoi, who brings to the firm more than 17 years of legal experience in Vietnam.
